2022 Kinze Down Force True Depth Hydraulic

True Depth hydraulic down force removes the guesswork from down force settings and ensures a consistent seed depth is maintained for optimum emergence and root development. During conventional or no-till planting, gauge wheel load is constantly measured, and down force or up lift is automatically and instantly adjusted for each individual row. A large diameter hydraulic cylinder rod and cast load link make True Depth more durable than competitive systems and keeps cost of ownership low.

• Rebuildable hydraulic cylinders for lower cost of operation

• For long life and wear, the load links are made of cast metal and have fully potted and sealed electronics

• Reduces by 30% the effort necessary to lift split row units on a 3665 or 3605 split row planter; reduces operator fatigue and setup time

• On Blue Drive planters, the True Depth controls and mapping information is integrated into the Blue Vantage display

• On non-Blue Drive planters, equipped with a dedicated 7” display (no mapping)
